Role Overview

Setter/in im Vertrieb – Vollzeit (German Speaking) with NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To strengthen the team through structured preparation, careful appointment coordination, and systematic support of strategy consultants. This role is ideal for organized individuals who take responsibility within a clearly defined framework and work through tasks efficiently step by step.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach

• Conduct telephone contact with potential customers using a prepared conversation guide.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate and plan appointments in a structured manner.
• Organize appointments with careful attention to detail.

Meeting Support

• Prepare conversations according to checklist before meetings.
• Follow up on conversations according to checklist after meetings.

Administrative Support

• Support strategy consultants in daily operations, including documentation and preparation tasks.
• Maintain information carefully in the system.

Events

• Accompany consultants to events occasionally with defined responsibility areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• No sales experience required; entry is possible without prior background in sales.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong assertiveness and ability to implement ideas.
• Appreciation for clear processes, efficiency, and accountability.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Ability to work responsibly within a clearly defined framework.
