Role Purpose

To coordinate resources, lead daily operations, and support the execution of production plans while maintaining quality standards and ensuring effective shift-to-shift transitions within the drilling services operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy.
• Lead and assist in daily operations.
• Develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans.
• Coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transitions.

Planning and Support

• Support operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources.
• Develop and implement process controls.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work collaboratively with people from the business unit on technical information collection and delivery.
• Handle targeted clients with predefined contracts and established framework of conditions.

Project Execution

• Handle simple project processes with detailed guidelines for production and human interfaces requiring minimal technical knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services.
• Experience handling Radioactive Sources management.
• Baker Hughes experience is preferable.
