Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, friendly service with excellence in quality and responsiveness. Anticipate and exceed guest expectations while maintaining Four Seasons service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Operations

• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background in luxury resort and hotel considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

• Outgoing personality and can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Fluency in English with clear verbal skills.
