Senior waiter

Role Overview

Senior Waiter at Apparel Group. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining the dining hall before and during service, while assisting with client service.

Role Purpose

Prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organized, and fresh, while fulfilling core waiter duties in serving clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Service & Setup

• Assist in restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help captain waiter in restaurant set up.
• Help captain waiter in mise en place preparation.

Service Delivery

• Transport food from kitchen to dining hall.
• Assist captain waiter in putting food plates on client tables.
• Change ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service.

Post-Service & Maintenance

• Clear tables after meals are completed.
• Clean tables after clearing.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.

General

• Maintain clean personal appearance and high hygiene level.
• Work under the guidance of captain waiter and follow instructions.
