Senior Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview

Senior Visual Merchandiser at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, responsible for coordinating and executing appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead customers into and through the entire store, providing an excellent in-store experience.

Role Purpose

Coordinate and execute visual displays that convert window shoppers into prospects, drive sales objectives through effective product placement and visual display, and create an ambiance for ongoing return customers.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution

• Translate the visual merchandising plan through execution of creative windows, product placements, props and floor designs to attract and engage customers.
• Develop seasonal floor plans, launches and floor changes.
• Enhance brand presence through creative ideas while remaining cost sensitive and contributing to cost-saving initiatives when possible.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate the production and installation timeline.

Brand & Standards Management

• Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times while upholding the marketing and communications principles of Majid Al Futtaim Fashion.
• Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines.

Market & Customer Awareness

• Monitor new trends in visual merchandising and remain aware of customer preferences and responses, elevating customers' in-store experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Maintain good rapport with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams to ensure collaborative efforts towards effective visual merchandising leading to sales benefit.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school certificate.
• Four to six years' experience within visual merchandising or fine arts field.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English.
• Attention to details.
