Key Responsibilities

Market & Business Development

• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities within target markets.
• Lead market analysis and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all development activities comply with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Establish governance frameworks for project oversight and risk management.
• Report on development performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
