Senior Technician - Electrical at Al Ghurair.

Role Purpose

Perform routine and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for low-voltage switchgear to IEC standards, supervise technicians, troubleshoot faults, and ensure quality assurance and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Inspection

• Perform routine and FAT testing for LV switchgear per IEC standards
• Inspect wiring, components, and mechanical and electrical functionality
• Test protection relays and control circuits

Quality & Compliance

• Prepare test reports and handle non-conformities (NCRs)
• Support client inspections and maintain QA and QC requirements

Operations & Coordination

• Troubleshoot faults and coordinate with design and production teams
• Supervise technicians and ensure safety compliance (LOTO, PPE)
