Senior T24 Test Engineer (Banking)

Role Overview

Senior T24 Test Engineer (Banking) with TAWANTECH. The role is based on-site and focuses on leading quality assurance and testing initiatives for complex banking systems.

Role Purpose

Lead comprehensive testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance for banking and financial systems, with emphasis on core banking platforms. Mentor junior QA engineers while delivering automated and manual test solutions that ensure system reliability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

• Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for complex systems.
• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases (UI, API, E2E).
• Participate in UAT support and coordinate with stakeholders for final sign-off.

Performance & Load Testing

• Execute performance and load testing using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Manage service virtualization environments.
• Deliver solid understanding of performance engineering and load analysis.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring process compliance and quality standards.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Prepare detailed defect reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong hands-on experience in banking or financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in ISTQB Advanced, Agile, Selenium, JMeter, or similar.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, and API automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Git, etc.) for automated testing pipelines.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
