Role Purpose

Deliver integrated structural project deliverables in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks with accountability for model quality and accuracy. Lead BIM coordination across disciplines, mentor technical team members, and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

Deliverables and Modeling

• Deliver integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Take accountability for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
• Work independently on Concrete, Steel, and Precast Structures including detailing.

Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinate designs with Building Services, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
• Lead Coordination and Collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in Autodesk Navisworks and BIM360 Model Coordination.
• Collaborate and liaise with other engineering teams and groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
• Set up and coordinate a BIM Protocol and execution plan for a given project.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Undertake drawing reviews and model audits utilizing tools such as Bluebeam and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.
• Take accountability for own work and subordinate's work.

Support and Development

• Mentor peers and provide technical documentation, modelling, and engineering advice.
• Troubleshoot issues and support technical team members.
• Conduct Revit and BIM training sessions.

Problem-Solving and Innovation

• Adopt creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks.
• Develop appropriate research and documentation to support solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree related to Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of production experience in Building design, BIM modeling and Coordination in Revit and BIM Tools.
• Middle East experience preferred (7+ years).
• Hands-on experience with BIM360 / ACC (2–3 years minimum required).
• Autodesk BIM Certified Professional preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM360 / ACC platforms.
• Experience in Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Rhino preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful team-player with ability to work independently.
