Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end site supervision for mega and giga projects, ensuring construction aligns with design intent, approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations while managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Compliance

• Lead end-to-end site supervision for mega and giga projects including mixed-use, villa, and high-rise developments.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Manage and mentor Resident Engineers, inspectors, and discipline engineers.
• Lead large, multidisciplinary teams across complex projects.

Technical Review & Approvals

• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Review and validate progress payments, variations, and claims.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Drive quality assurance and control across sites.
• Enforce HSE compliance across all project areas.

Stakeholder & Authority Management

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and authorities.

Risk & Issue Resolution

• Lead resolution of complex technical and site issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Reporting

• Provide executive-level reporting to stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience with significant UAE experience in consultancy supervision roles.
• Proven track record in mega and giga projects including large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
• Strong experience in villa projects and high-rise buildings in the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals.
• Experience managing multi-package, high-value projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Chartered Engineer preferred.
