Role Purpose

Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities on infrastructure projects while managing commercial relationships, controlling costs, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial and Contractual Management

• Lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration activities.
• Prepare major variation claims, cost impact assessments, and commercial reports.
• Participate in client and contractor negotiations and project reviews.

Cost Control and Analysis

• Review and approve BOQs, quantity breakdowns, and valuations.
• Conduct risk analysis for cost overruns and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate cost tracking across infrastructure projects.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Mentor junior QS staff.
• Coordinate with finance, planning, and engineering teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of Quantity Surveyor experience.
• At least 5+ years in senior roles.
• Strong commercial expertise and knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
