Role Purpose

Oversee cost planning, valuations, and contract administration for infrastructure projects while liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams to manage commercial aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Conduct monthly cost reporting and value engineering exercises

Valuations & Contract Administration

• Measure and value completed works in accordance with contract terms
• Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and variation assessments
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and tenders

Claims & Commercial Management

• Manage claims, disputes, and contract negotiations

Stakeholder Liaison

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on commercial matters

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 8 or more years of quantity surveying experience on roads or infrastructure projects
• MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and regional contract forms
