Key Responsibilities

Cost Management & Tendering

• Lead cost estimating and tendering processes on assigned projects
• Manage valuations, variations, and final account processes

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients and subcontractors on commercial matters

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior surveying staff

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
• Significant prior surveying experience within contracting or construction
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms
