Role Purpose

Deliver comprehensive construction project management with extensive liaison across contractors, work packages, and local authorities in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on construction role requiring deep contractor oversight and coordination across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Contractor Management

• Liaise extensively with contractors across all work packages (9 number) and NS (19 number).
• Conduct frequent meetings with contractors to provide oversight and support.
• Provide substantial help and guidance to contractors managing their deliverables.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies including SEC.
• Manage communications and approvals with relevant government agencies throughout project execution.

Project Execution

• Deliver results across hotel and mall project backgrounds.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background from contractor sector preferred.
• Experience in hotel and mall construction or development.
• Transferrable Iqama (Saudi work visa).

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent Arabic communication for all authority liaison and meetings.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
