Role Overview
Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure) at AtkinsRéalis. This is a regular employee position based in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
As a senior member of the team, you will provide support to direct reports, foster teamwork within the region and across AtkinsRéalis, deliver technical inputs to project teams, and ensure client objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Control
- Ensure successful delivery of the project in terms of progress, quality, and cost within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and establish policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule.
- Monitor project tasks and workflows to complete the project on schedule.
- Identify and document specific actions and establish milestones required to produce project deliverables.
Quality & Technical Oversight
- Review and approve technical documents submitted by the developer to the client.
- Ascertain compliance of technical deliverables with project specifications.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each stage.
- Apply quality management principles and processes.
Cost Management
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending, and controlling project costs.
Change & Risk Management
- Develop a robust change control system by setting a project baseline.
- Identify, review, approve, and monitor proposed changes to project scope.
- Identify issues that impact the project and manage them through to resolution.
- Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Monitor overall project stakeholder relationships and adjust strategies and plans for engaging stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders and appointed contractors.
- Network effectively, negotiate well, and influence people.
- Broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
Design & Specifications
- Develop detailed specifications based on design guidelines provided by the developer.
Site Coordination
- Assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- 20+ years of post-qualification experience in project management and delivery of mega infrastructure projects in KSA.
- Demonstrated track record of infrastructure projects delivery.
- Experience with PMC companies and large contractors.
- Significant experience supervising the construction of complex projects similar in size and nature to the project.
