Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee projects of various scales and complexities, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Delivery

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise

Stakeholder and Client Management

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing accurate financial reports

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards

Specialized Project Experience

• Deliver projects in mixed-use areas which include guest experience zones, spectator zones, and food and beverage facilities
• Manage early works and design phases in OSE zones with interface coordination to track works

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
