Role Overview
Senior Project Director - Residential at JASARA PMC. This senior leadership role oversees the full lifecycle of residential construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Purpose
Lead and manage residential construction project portfolios with accountability for planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery. Drive strategic initiatives to optimize project performance while leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Take ownership of residential project portfolios, managing all aspects including planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Deliver large-scale residential developments on time and within budget.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to enhance productivity and ensure excellence in project delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and inspire them to achieve project objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with all parties to support project success.
Standards & Governance
- Create and enforce project management best practices, standards, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
Reporting
- Provide regular project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.
- At least 10 years in a senior leadership role in residential projects.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential developments.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment and construction standards is an advantage.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
