Role Purpose

This role requires deep understanding of trading system architecture, order matching logic, user experience, and on-chain assets. The ideal candidate possesses forward-looking insight and strong interest in financial asset tokenization trends, including Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO, and Real-World Assets (RWA).

Key Responsibilities

Trading Product Design & Optimization

• Lead planning, design, and continuous iteration of spot trading products.
• Lead implementation of new trading features and continuously optimize user trading experience.
• Explore AI-driven trading tool design and applications, including smart order execution and market analysis assistance.
• Deeply understand core trading system mechanics, including order matching engines, order lifecycle management, and order book depth management.

CeDeFi & RWA Innovation & Exploration

• Drive innovation in on-chain spot operations, bringing DeFi innovations into centralized exchanges.
• Promote launch of CeDeFi products, bridging on-chain and off-chain trading experiences.
• Monitor and advance productization of emerging asset classes, including Real-World Assets, Tokenized Stocks, and Pre-IPO assets.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in trading products; familiarity with spot and derivatives trading systems.
• Deep understanding of order-matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical mechanics.
• Outstanding product design capability with ability to independently manage end-to-end (0 to 1) product planning and delivery.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of crypto asset markets and industry trends.

Skills & Competencies

Preferred

• Experience building on-chain trading platforms or integrating DeFi protocols.
• Hands-on experience or deep research in RWAs, tokenized stocks, or on-chain yield products.
• Hands-on exploration in AI and trading integration.
• Familiarity with major public chain ecosystems and smart contract interaction logic.
