Role Purpose

Lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products while leveraging qualitative research to drive design decisions. Cover the full loop from identifying problems to delivering solutions, balancing business objectives with user experience goals across Web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products across Web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Independently produce design solutions with strong product thinking and interaction design mindset.

User Research & Insights

• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to uncover user behaviors and needs.
• Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations that shape product direction.
• Distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance business objectives with user experience goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, or UX-related fields; overseas study experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement.
• Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred.
• Experience in growth design or AI-related design is a plus.
• Research or design experience with crypto or trading products is a nice to have.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in Figma, AI, and mainstream research and analytics tools.
• Strong product thinking and interaction design mindset; able to understand business context.
• Portfolio demonstrating how research insights drove design outcomes is a nice to have.
