Role Purpose

Lead procurement activities for MEP-related material categories, ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive, and strategically aligned Master Procurement Agreements (MPAs).

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Development

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with Quality Metrics Management (QMM) objectives.

Procurement Process Management

• Lead Expression of Interest (EOI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), evaluation, Best and Final Offer (BAFO), recommendation, and award processes.
• Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification, and supplier capability assessments.

Stakeholder & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants, and cost consultants.

Commercial Management

• Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies, and award recommendations.

Category Governance

• Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or comparable capital project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or Law depending on role scope.
