Senior Planner - (EOI)

Role Overview

Senior Planner (Expression of Interest) with JASARA PMC on a prestigious mixed-use development project.

Role Purpose

Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines to ensure successful delivery of complex mixed-use developments. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop realistic and achievable schedules in collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Coordinate diverse activities across multiple disciplines.

Project Controls & Risk Management

• Monitor progress against established schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk identification, mitigation, and recovery planning.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner, specifically with mixed-use development projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of project controls.
