Role Purpose

Monitor and analyze digital banking and innovation performance, delivering insights through dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Issue monthly performance reports for Digital Banking & Innovation
• Develop and maintain monthly DBI dashboard
• Support DBI budget tracking and issue monthly spend reports

Analysis & Insights

• Analyze performance for specific initiatives
• Issue analytical reports through Digital Channels Analytics Engine, analyzing user behavior
• Develop DBI reports requested by SAMA

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
• 0–1 years of experience as Officer, or 2–3 years of experience as Senior Officer
