Senior Network Administrator

Role Overview

Senior Network Administrator at TAWANTECH, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Network Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security compliance across banking and enterprise environments.

Role Purpose

Design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to deliver high availability, performance, and security compliance. Manage complex networking technologies and security solutions while supporting SOC integration, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Network Design & Implementation

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions.
• Configure and maintain network security solutions including NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, NAC, and secure access technologies.

Technology Management

• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Support SOC integration requirements including SIEM, NDR, log forwarding, NetFlow, and security monitoring.

Operations & Maintenance

• Perform network troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise network administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or F5 firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and SOC integration.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is preferred.
