Role Purpose

To lead technical teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments, ensuring all HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure meets international standards and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Specification

• Lead the design and specification of mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and compliance reports for regulatory approval

Collaboration & Integration

• Collaborate with architects and civil engineers to integrate mechanical solutions within project timelines and budgets
• Manage mechanical contractors and subcontractors, providing technical oversight and resolving on-site challenges

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure proper installation and system performance
• Stay current with industry advancements and recommend innovative mechanical solutions for sustainability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical systems design within real estate or construction
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, and Saudi Arabian regulations

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD software and MEP design tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
