Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support to clients.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client discussions.

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Develop strategic frameworks and facilitate workshops.
• Analyze market trends.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that align with client goals.
• Ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Development

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or a related professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Master's degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with government or semi-government entities is preferred.
