Role Purpose
Shape the strategic development of Qiddiya's entertainment assets by supporting the Associate Director in defining and delivering the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio. Lead early planning and concept development of new entertainment destinations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and asset ambition, vision, and objectives.
- Manage early design stages of development including ideation, pre-concept, and concept phases.
- Contribute to all stages of development of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.
- Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks including theme parks and family entertainment centres.
- Conduct research on strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
Documentation & Planning
- Develop project documentation for distribution including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programmes, strategy briefs, and project matrices.
- Contribute to development of initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage consultants and collaborate with IP licensors where relevant and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned with overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
- Provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
Communications
- Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure approvals, and effectively communicate entertainment asset designs and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.
