Role Overview

Senior Manager - IT Delivery Management at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role ensures technology and digital products, projects, and services are delivered successfully from initiation to production.

Role Purpose

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management. Own the end-to-end delivery process, managing scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment

• Gather requirements from business and product teams.
• Align with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Report delivery status to executives.

Design & Planning

• Coordinate solution design with architects.
• Create the delivery roadmap.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.

Execution & Progress Tracking

• Track development progress.
• Remove blockers affecting teams.
• Manage testing and release activities.
• Ensure production deployment is successful.

Accountability & Value Delivery

• Monitor post-production issues.
• Ensure the feature is delivered successfully and provides business value.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.
