Role Overview
Senior Interior Designer - Site at Egis Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role leads interior design projects from concept to completion with a focus on site supervision, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Role Purpose
Lead interior design projects from concept to completion while overseeing on-site implementation, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials
Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee on-site implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on site supervision
- Minimum 5 years of consultant experience
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Dubai
- Experience in sustainable design practices
- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, BIID) preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent project management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
