Role Purpose
As a Senior Inspections Specialist, you will maintain inspection quality across MEP works and support successful project delivery. You will work closely with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure installations are properly reviewed, issues are identified early, and corrective actions are followed through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Compliance
- Oversee MEP inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and verify MEP installations meet approved standards.
- Review inspection reports and document non-conformance items accurately.
Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve inspection findings and quality issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
- 7+ years of experience inspecting MEP systems on large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for MEP inspections, including Saudi Building Code requirements and MEP inspection standards.
- Experience with quality inspection procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
