SENIOR ERP SYSTEM ANALYST

Role Overview

Senior ERP System Analyst at NMDC Group, providing reliable and up-to-date technology and related ERP/IT services specifically aimed at improving overall efficiency.

Role Purpose

To deliver systems analysis, workflow configuration, and ERP implementation expertise that enhances NMDC Group's operational efficiency through reliable technology solutions and effective IT/ERP services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Workflow Design

• Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPIs, and organization structure.
• Recommend and build workflow solutions and reports that are global and scalable.
• Assist with functional migration to new IT/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing.

Systems Configuration & Deployment

• Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, and business process related scripts.
• Manage roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and custom record types.
• Build reports and dashboards.
• Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades, and change requests.

Data & System Management

• Assist with data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts.
• Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations.

User Support & Training

• Help administrators, department managers, super-users, and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality.
• Maintain and update training materials.

Reporting & Governance

• Provide monthly reports and feedback to Group IT Director/ERP Manager on overall IT/ERP activities.
• Perform other duties requested by management in support of team work as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration, and ERP system implementation.
• Oracle Fusion experience is preferred.
• For SCM Applications/Fusion Technical roles: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or Information Science), or equivalent.
• For Finance/Project Applications roles: Chartered Accountant, CPA, CMA, or Master Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Certification in ERP Application is preferable.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in ERP applications.
• Adequate experience in ERP implementation.
• Systems analysis and workflow configuration expertise.
