Role Overview
Senior Enterprise Architect (Roads O&M) at Egis Group. This role defines, leads, and governs the overall architecture of the organization's Information System, owning the architectural vision for systems, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, and datacenter platforms.

Role Purpose
The Senior Enterprise Architect translates business objectives into resilient, scalable, and secured technology solutions. The role sets architecture standards, guides implementation teams, and aligns enterprise strategy with long-term business continuity, performance, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Governance & Strategy
- Define the enterprise architecture vision covering business, data, applications, virtualization, and infrastructure aligned with business continuity, performance, and availability requirements.
- Ensure consistency and integration of the Information System.
- Build and maintain technology roadmaps and strategic capital improvement plans.
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analyses to guide enterprise deployments.
Analysis & System Modeling
- Map business processes, applications, data flows, and infrastructure components.
- Identify redundancies, obsolete systems, technical risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Propose target architecture covering operating models, application landscapes, data models, integration layers, security architecture, and virtualization/infrastructure design.
Leadership in Strategic Projects
- Support major transformation programs including digital transformation, hypervisor migration, server consolidation, Information System urbanization, cybersecurity initiatives, and business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
- Define technical and functional standards across the enterprise.
- Validate choices on technology, application, and infrastructure.
- Ensure all projects comply with enterprise architecture guidelines.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between executives, departments, IT teams, data teams, cybersecurity, and external vendors.
- Prepare decision-making documents for senior management including ROI analyses, risk assessments, architecture scenarios, and proof-of-concept (POC) delivery.
- Guide and coach teams to ensure clear understanding of architectural decisions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct technology watch on Cloud, AI, Big Data, cybersecurity, IoT, and automation.
- Identify innovation opportunities to enhance business and systems efficiency and performance.
- Promote architectural best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree or engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in IT, including architecture, development, Windows Server administration, data, or infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience in large-scale or highly complex environments.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong mastery of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate).
- Expertise in application architectures including microservices, APIs, and containers.
- Solid knowledge of data architecture including SQL/NoSQL, data governance, and data modeling.
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, and Zero Trust models.
- Familiarity with infrastructure fundamentals including networking, virtualization, storage, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Cloud Architectures.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Leadership and ability to influence across teams.
- Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
