Role Overview
AtkinsRéalis Infrastructure Business is seeking a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer - Design to join the Riyadh office and support infrastructure multi-disciplinary projects for clients in the GCC region.

Role Purpose
The Senior Dry Utilities Engineer will provide technical expertise and support on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC, with responsibility for planning, designing and engineering dry utilities networks including power (MV/LV), substations, electrical networks, renewable energy resources, street lighting, and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Design
- Provide technical support on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects delivery.
- Provide technical expertise on a variety of large engineering projects.
- Assemble and analyze data related to project requirements.
Project Management & Coordination
- Report on project performance.
- Manage utility coordination and obtain authority approvals for major developments.
- Deliver multiple projects within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
- Manage project budgets and resources with strong commercial awareness.
Health & Safety & Team Leadership
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the team.
- Assist in developing a highly motivated and performing team.
- Create opportunities for the development of individuals.
- Demonstrate leadership and team management capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
- Increase your networking profile with both internal and external clients.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in dry utilities engineering.
- Significant UAE/GCC infrastructure project experience.
- Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary infrastructure and utilities projects.
- Strong project management, design management, and construction support experience.
- Experience in sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and smart city developments is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Extensive knowledge of power distribution systems, substations, street lighting, telecommunications, ICT, and security infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, DIALux, and related engineering software.
- Excellent communication, technical report writing, and presentation skills.
- Commitment to technical excellence, innovation, quality, and client service.
