Senior Cyber Security Consultant at Immersive One, based in Saudi Arabia, covering the METNA region.

Role Purpose

You will be a trusted, long-term embedded consultant serving as the consistent value champion for Immersive One from pre-sale through post-sale engagement. You will partner with the Enterprise Sales team to secure technical wins, build strategic customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and execute a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience. Unlike traditional transactional consulting, you will be dedicated to customers for the duration of their contract, providing industry and operational experience to help align their cyber strategy and vision with the Immersive One platform.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Solution Design

  • Identify and help define prospective customers' technical requirements and use-cases to align Immersive One's technical and business value proposition.
  • Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
  • Engage C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business through delivering in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts.
  • Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
  • Lead technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.

Strategic Engagement and Advisory

  • Serve as the key contact within strategic accounts, driving platform adoption to the latest features to maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform.
  • Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
  • Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews to C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business.
  • Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend appropriate improvements to current programs and suggest new programs.
  • Function as a trusted advisor with knowledge across all areas of cyber, providing answers and demonstrating agile on-the-spot thinking.

Community and Innovation

  • Immerse into cyber security community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.

Program Management and Operations

  • Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating Immersive One into their cybersecurity programs sustainably, leveraging platform metrics, custom reports and insights.
  • Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform.
  • Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership and client accounts.
  • Serve as the first sales team resource in answering questions related to service delivery within your accounts.
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to customers, providing executive-level reports and insights that drive long-term account health and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role, with time spent working in a pre-sales capacity.
  • Experience within Customer Success is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including consulting and presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
  • Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable but not essential.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in IT fundamentals including computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools including IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud environments.
  • Engaging speaker and presenter, able to articulate value and discuss technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
  • Agile with on-the-spot thinking and ability to adapt to situations encountered.

  • This is a remote position with bi-annual in-person meetings at the EMEA HQ and regular in-person meetings in region.
