Role Overview

Senior Commercial Manager (EOI) at JASARA PMC. This role oversees all commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects, ensuring efficient delivery on budget and aligned with organizational objectives.

Role Purpose

Lead commercial strategy and execution across mixed-use development projects. Drive contract management, procurement, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to deliver project success in a complex environment while representing JASARA PMC's commitment to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Own end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.

Procurement & Financial Management

• Establish and optimize procurement strategies.
• Monitor budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.

Risk Management

• Assess and mitigate risks in large-scale projects using established risk management processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Partner across departments to coordinate cross-functional activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects.
• Proven track record in end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
• Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies.
