To operate and control the coating line efficiently to achieve production targets while ensuring product quality, safety, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Operate and monitor CCL coating line parameters including speed, temperature, tension, and coating thickness.
• Ensure correct paint preparation, viscosity control, and coating application.
• Troubleshoot coating defects and process abnormalities.
• Record production data, process parameters, and consumption accurately.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.

Quality & Compliance

• Coordinate with QC for online inspection and quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Leadership & Support

• Guide and support junior operators during shift operations.
• Support line changeovers, trials, and new product development.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in coil coating or continuous process industry.
• Experience operating CCL coating independently.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of coil coating process and paint systems including Polyester, SMP, and PVDF.
• Ability to analyze defects such as shade variation, orange peel, and pinholes.
• Good troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety systems.
