Role Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the vital link between the client's information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of software product features.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Perform quality assurance.
• Prove experience in eliciting requirements and testing.

Reporting & Insights

• Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.

Integration & Relationships

• Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration.

Process & Improvement

• Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing with a technical background.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.

Skills & Competencies

• Data visualization techniques and tools.
• Solid experience writing SQL queries.
• Native Arabic speaker (Required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical writing skills.
