Role Purpose

Support a financial services client through customer journey mapping, requirements analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights aligned with CRM and Martech capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey & Requirements

• Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.

Stakeholder & Technical Alignment

• Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
• Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

Skills & Competencies

• Proactive, collaborative, and approachable mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
