Senior Brand Designer

Role Overview

Senior Brand Designer at Sunreef Yachts. This role shapes and builds the next phase of visual identity across yacht, charter, brokerage, and brand communications.

Role Purpose

This is not a pure content design role. The Senior Brand Designer builds structure, systems, and long-term brand consistency, defining, evolving, and owning the brand alongside marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy

• Develop and evolve Sunreef's visual brand identity
• Work closely with marketing and leadership on long-term brand positioning
• Define creative direction across digital, print, campaigns, social, web, and presentations
• Own and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints

Systems & Guidelines

• Build and maintain brand guidelines and brand books
• Create systems for typography, layouts, color, visual hierarchy, and design consistency
• Build scalable templates and design systems for internal teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong senior-level experience in brand identity and design systems
• Strong understanding of creative structure, consistency, and visual storytelling
• Experience building premium or high-end brands
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, fashion, automotive, architecture, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional taste and understanding of luxury visual standards
• Strong typography, layout, and art direction skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI creative tools
• Systems-oriented and highly detail-focused mindset
• Strong creative leadership and brand ownership mindset
• Strong aesthetic judgment with luxury sensibility
• Ability to build structure, not just visuals
