Senior Barista

Role Overview

Senior Barista at Apparel Group. This role is responsible for maintaining the beverage section in a clean and organized state, ensuring adequate stock, serving clients, and introducing and promoting special drinks.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional beverage service by maintaining a well-stocked, hygienic bar section, preparing quality drinks including specialty cocktails, and promoting special offerings to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supplies

• Prepare requisitions for bar products.
• Conduct daily stock control to avoid product shortages.
• Fill fridges on a regular basis.
• Prepare fresh products daily, including juices and decoration items.

Service & Client Engagement

• Serve beverages during service hours.
• Introduce special drinks to clients.
• Promote special drinks to clients.
• Create beverage menus.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Keep the beverage area clean and tidy.
• Keep all utensils clean and shining at all times.
• Maintain clean personal appearance.
• Maintain a high hygiene level.

Product Knowledge

• Possess knowledge of special drinks and cocktails.
