Senior Associate, Marketing

Role Overview

Senior Associate, Marketing at Majid Al Futtaim, MAF Properties Asset Management, based in Oman.

Role Purpose

Support the execution of partnerships, sponsorships, events, and placemaking initiatives across assigned AMBU assets. Deliver centrally defined strategies and concepts through high-quality, on-ground execution that enhances customer experience, supports tenant objectives, and generates commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Activations

• Support amplification and execution of partnership agreements, activations, and placemaking initiatives across assigned assets.
• Deliver tenant marketing partnerships and promotions, including co-branded activations, in-store campaigns, opening support, and collaborations.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for partners, sponsors, and activation vendors.

Event & Experience Delivery

• Support delivery of flagship events, activations, decor, and portfolio-wide experiential initiatives from end to end, including briefing agencies, design, production, installation, and dismantling.
• Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and safety requirements.

Coordination & Integration

• Coordinate with Branding and Digital teams to integrate creative and promotional elements.

Performance & Budget Management

• Track activation and partnership KPIs including footfall, engagement, dwell time, and partner deliverables.
• Support the manager in management of activation budgets and vendor costs.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Regional Marketing, Asset, Leasing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, events, activations, or experiential marketing roles.
• Experience delivering on-ground activations in retail, hospitality, or consumer environments.

• Strong communication and organization skills.
