Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Role Overview

Senior Architect / Interior Designer at JASARA PMC. The role focuses on leading architectural and interior design projects specializing in fit-out projects and airports.

Role Purpose

Lead innovative architectural and interior design projects that enhance user experience in complex environments, particularly in the fit-out sector and airport facilities. Manage the entire design process from initial concept through detailed design documentation and construction oversight, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards and adherence to the Vision 2030 initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Delivery

• Conceptualize and develop design solutions for fit-out and airport projects.
• Manage the entire design process from initial concept through to detailed design documentation.
• Oversee construction oversight and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Stakeholder Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a design team.
• Communicate and present design solutions with exceptional clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with a strong focus on fit-out projects and airport design.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale design projects.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Proficiency in other relevant design tools.
• Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in fit-out and aviation environments.
• Strong creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
