Role Purpose

Work closely with the Project Manager, engineering teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that design intent is fully coordinated and properly implemented on site.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination & Review

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure completeness and buildability.
• Coordinate architectural details with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for design clarifications and approvals.

Site Execution & Quality Assurance

• Ensure site works are executed in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Support site teams with technical guidance and resolve architectural issues during construction.
• Monitor progress and contribute to timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Documentation & Changes Management

• Assist in managing variations, design changes, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 12–15 years of experience.
• Proven experience working within a contracting environment in the UAE.
• Experience in high-end residential or branded residence projects is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
• Good understanding of local regulations and authority requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
