Role Overview

Security Officer at Hilton, responsible for maintaining safety and security across hotel premises while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests and team members.

Role Purpose

Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and facilities while providing professional assistance and maintaining a secure hotel environment through vigilant monitoring, incident response, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Patrols

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.

Incident Management

• Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Respond to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of security reports and records.

Guest Services

• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
