Role Overview

Security and Loss Prevention Executive at Ninja, supporting daily security operations across stores and distribution centers.

Role Purpose

Prevent loss, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe environment across retail and distribution facilities through active monitoring, incident response, and security system management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor stores and distribution centers through patrols and CCTV.
• Ensure all security systems (cameras, alarms) are working properly.
• Support inventory counts and identify shrinkage risks.

Loss Prevention & Detection

• Detect and prevent theft, violations, and safety risks.
• Respond to incidents including theft, accidents, and violations.
• Preserve evidence and support investigations.

Compliance & Inspections

• Conduct compliance checks and routine inspections.
• Maintain records of audits and security activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily logs and incident reports.
• Recommend corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong integrity and attention to detail.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Clear communication in Arabic and English.
• Physical ability to perform patrols, including standing and walking for long periods.
