Key Responsibilities

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Manage day-to-day store operations and floor activities while maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Address operational challenges including inventory management, staffing coordination, and sales productivity

Sales & Revenue

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive revenue growth and brand excellence

Customer Service

• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels

Development

• Start in a sales associate capacity to build operational knowledge before managing the full section

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven retail management experience with demonstrated sales leadership
• Strong visual merchandising and store display expertise
