Role Overview

Secondary Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based) with MIRA Construction in Dubai. This is a commission-based position for experienced professionals in the UAE secondary property market.

Role Purpose

Build and maintain a strong client pipeline in Dubai's secondary real estate market while guiding buyers and sellers through property transactions and developing lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers within Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
• Advise clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Sales & Negotiations

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Prove negotiation and closing skills.
• Meet individual sales and business development objectives.

Market Knowledge & Operations

• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and sales tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary property market.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong professional network within the Dubai real estate market is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
