Scheduler/Planner (EOI)

Role Overview

Scheduler/Planner (Expression of Interest) with JASARA PMC. This is a project scheduling and planning position supporting major infrastructure projects.

Role Purpose

Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and analyze project data to support effective project management. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans aligned with project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Create comprehensive project plans that align with project goals and deadlines.
• Support project managers in scheduling activities.

Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor project progress against established schedules.
• Analyze project data to support effective project management.
• Identify potential risks and issues early to ensure timely project completion within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project scheduling or planning, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
