Role Purpose

Develop early-career capability in a fast-paced environment by taking on real tasks and responsibilities that contribute to organizational objectives. Grow technical and analytical competencies through project-based work while gaining exposure to customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Take on real tasks and responsibilities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Work on projects assigned by supervisors.
• Deliver on assigned deliverables in a timely manner.

Analysis & Research

• Perform studies, research and analysis as needed.
• Apply analytical skills to support decision-making.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines.
• Follow established protocols and procedures.

Innovation & Development

• Get creative and propose new ideas.
• Contribute proactive thinking to process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant major.
• Power BI certification highly advantageous.
• MS-Office certification highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Macros and Visual Basic or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills.
