Role Overview
Saudi UX Writer position at Squadio, a Tech Team as a Service (TaaS) platform. Remote role based in Saudi Arabia, requiring fluency in Arabic (primary) and English.

Role Purpose
Craft clear, user-friendly, and engaging textual content across the platform's interfaces. Help users understand services easily, navigate smoothly, and make confident decisions while ensuring a unified tone of voice in both Arabic and English that supports the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write UI copy including buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages.
- Create and refine system messages, notifications, and pop-ups in a clear and engaging style.
- Develop UX content that guides users throughout service browsing and booking journeys.
- Write automated messaging content such as emails and in-app notifications.
- Participate in creating content for help pages, FAQs, and support documentation.
Brand & Style Consistency
- Contribute to building a unified tone of voice and language style guide for the platform.
- Write and edit content in both Arabic and English with equivalent meaning, tone, and clarity.
- Maintain a friendly, consistent tone aligned with the brand's voice.
Collaboration & Refinement
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, development teams, and content teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct text clarity and usability testing with designers and developers.
- Improve and refine copy based on user feedback, analytics, and behavior patterns within the app.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic language, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX writing or digital content creation.
- Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic with full understanding of Saudi dialect and culture.
- Good understanding of UX design principles and user interaction.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
