Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, providing detailed feedback to support service excellence and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Reporting

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores and brand experiences.
• Share detailed opinions and feedback about retail experiences visited.
• Deliver assessment reports on customer experience and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic speaker.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
